Return policy
It didn't work out? No worries!
You are more than welcome to return your products.
Subject to the conditions set forth below, LEO.INTOWN (brand owned by SODA&WATER Ltd) will gladly accept returns of full-priced, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all internal garment tags.
The return request form is to be filed within ten (10) days of the delivery date (as shown on the official site of the shipping carrier).
After the approval of the return request, customers will receive a return shipping label via email, which is unique for each return request and is the only one accepted for returning the items. The return shipping label is valid for seven (7) days, starting from when you received the notification email containing the shipping label. The return shipping label will also automatically be attached to your form.
(We kindly advise you to check your spam email as we do not bear any responsibility for shipping labels located in spam email).
After successfully receiving the items, LEO.INTOWN will provide you with a GIFT CERTIFICATE (store credit or discount) or a REFUND.
Do note that processing times are not included in the abovementioned deadlines, and they do not affect your return in any way.
Our support team works on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

LEO.INTOWN reserve the right to deny a return if items do not follow the conditions below.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
Gift Cards

Sale Category Items or items purchased with DISCOUNT CODES* will be returned and refunded ONLY with Store Credit.
{*Some discount codes such as the "welcome new subscribers" (-10%) code are eligible for a refund.}
Please remember that we will cover the returning cost/fees if you wish to return your items for store credit.

All products must be returned:
Unworn and Unwashed
Tags attached (when provided)
Free from makeup or fake tan
Free from any scent of perfume or powder
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR SUNGLASSES OR EYEGLASSES OR OTHER ACCESSORIES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA, IT WILL UNFORTUNATELY BE DESTROYED.
We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on the products to avoid this process.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, return your items for a refund/store credit and place a new order following our return policy.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
In the unlikely event you received a faulty/damaged item with a manufacturing defect or received an incorrect item; we are happy to replace it.
Please remember that this service is valid for up to 2 days from the date you received your order (as shown on the shipping carrier's official site).
To investigate this further, we kindly ask our customers to contact us at returns@leointown.com within 24hrs of receiving the goods, providing the information below:
- Customer's full name.
- Order number.
- Product name & code (you can find this on your order confirmation email).
- Photos of the faulty/damaged or the incorrect item.
